Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 20 and over, both female and male 2. farmer occupation living in Mae Ka Sub-district Mueang District Phayao Province at least 1 year 3. no mental or physical disorders such as dementia or paralysis 4. voluntarily participate in research program.
