18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. 2. Participants must have been diagnosed with stage III-IVA endometrial cancer through surgical staging at Siriraj Hospital. 3. Participants must not have any suspicious pathological lymph nodes on radiographic imaging (CT scan, MRI, or PET scan) following chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have progression of disease of during or after receiving chemotherapy. 2. Participants who develop secondary cancer while participating in the research study. 3. Participants who have previously received radiation therapy to the pelvic area.
