Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who received treatment for Thoracolumbar osteoporotic vertebral fracture from 2016 to 2022. The inclusion criteria are as follows: 1. postmenopausal women and men aged more than 50 years diagnosed with Thoracolumbar osteoporotic vertebral fracture with focal back pain at the fracture level for 4 weeks or less. 2. Pain or local tenderness consistent with imaging findings, including X-ray, Computerized Tomography (CT) scan, or Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results. 3. Patients in whom clinical and radiological data were available for preoperative OF score assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Thoracolumbar fracture secondary to spinal tumor diseases (Primary spinal tumor, e.g., spinal hemangioma, Spinal metastasis, and hematologic malignancy involving the spine, e.g., multiple myeloma) 2. Patients with Spinal infections (e.g., spondylodiscitis) 3. Patients who had undergone previous spinal surgery.
