Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of drug and substance use 1.1 Over 18 years of age on the date of participation in the research. 1.2 Currently undergoing treatment at Thanyarak Khon Kaen Hospital both inpatient and outpatient. 1.3 Thai nationality. 1.4 Can communicate, read-write Thai. 1.5 Consent to participate in the research by signing the informed consent letter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of using drugs and addictive substances who have a history of physical disease, such as brain disease with pronounced abnormal symptoms or severe psychiatric disease to the point of being unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire, such as intellectual disability, delirium, neurocognitive disorder, severe head injury, including severe psychosis, etc. 2. The patient returns to drinking alcohol or returns to using drugs and substances. To the point of being unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire, such as mood swings, aggressive behavior, abnormal hallucinations, drug intoxication and withdrawal from drugs and addictive substances, etc.
