Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-59 years Literacy Body mass index more than or equal to 18.5 kg/m2 Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Lactation Severe chronic illnesses Metabolic disorders affecting nutritional needs Eating disorders Recent significant weight loss Inability to provide blood samples
