Adults aged 18-59 years residing in the Laksi District of Bangkok, Thailand, with BMI more than or equal to 18.5 kg/m square, who are literate and willing to participate. This group excludes pregnant

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-59 years BMIequal or more than to 18.5 kg per square Able to read and write independently Willing to participate Signed a consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating individuals Those with severe chronic diseases or complications Individuals with metabolic conditions altering nutrition requirements Those with eating behavioral disorders Individuals with significant recent weight loss or participation in weight loss programs Those with incomplete data Individuals from whom blood samples could not be drawn
