Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Additional data were retrieved from the hospital's electronic medical record system. Follow-up information on major cardiac events at 1 and 6 months post-discharge was obtained through the national health information system (www.enabiz.gov.tr) and by contacting patients via their registered phone numbers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were not treated in our clinic, those with incomplete information during file review, and those whose data could not be accessed were excluded from the study.
