Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient underwent a combined Pars Planar Vitrectomy with Silicone oil removal/Phacoemulsification with Monofocal IOL implantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal disease as keratoconus or corneal scarring of any etiology 2. Retinal detachment after surgery 3. Unable to in-the-bag placement of IOL 4. Foveal scar which prevents patients from fixation 5. History of corneal refractive surgery 6. History of scleral buckling surgery 7. Severe posterior capsule opacification that interferes with manifested refraction
