Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with liver cirrhosis Patient with hepatocellular carcinoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of decompensated cirrhosis Morbid obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2) Splenectomy Splenic lesion (splenic mass/abscess) Pacemaker or cardiac defibrillator implant patient Known or suspect malignancy other than HCC History of esophageal varices History of Endoscopic variceal ligation History of TIPS Portal hypertension that not caused by cirrhosis and HCC Hematologic disease with splenomegaly Previous non-selective beta-blocker Pregnancy or breast feeding Severe infection Heart disease (NYHA functional class III,IV) COPD GOLD C or D Chronic kidney disease stage IV, V
