60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 - 75 years old. 2. Able to communicate and follow at least one step of instructions. 3. Able to walk at least 10 meters without the use of walking aids. 4. Willing to participate in the research study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unstable medical conditions such as blood pressure higher than 160/90 mmHg. 2. abnormalities in the lower limbs affecting walking patterns, such as joint deformities, unequal leg lengths, or muscle weakness. 3.Experiences lower limb pain with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score greater than 4. - neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson's disease, stroke), musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, gout), respiratory system disorders (e.g., asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), and cardiovascular system disorders
