Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with positional vertigo confirmed the diagnosis by the Dix Hallpike maneuver.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of Meniere's disease, labyrinthitis and vestibular neuritis 2.Patients who used vestibular suppressants within 6 hours before performing the Dix Hallpike maneuver 3.Patients who contraindicate for Epley maneuver
