Inclusion criteria: Patients who more than 18 years old were underwent PLIF, PLF and PLIF combine PLF in 2-level lumbar fusion with instrumented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete data 2.Severe post-operative complication 3.Loss follow up 4.Patients were diagnosis trauma, tumor, infection of lumbar 5.Patients who underwent re-operation
