Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 65 years old and above 2) Independent (Barthel index at least 18) 3) Good consciousness and well co-operative 4) Good communication and can follow commands 5) Diagnosed with sarcopenia according to AWGS 2019
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of diseases that might be the cause of dysphagia: Neurological disease (eg. Stroke, TBI, CNS tumor, Severe dementia, Parkinson's disease, NMJ, Multiple sclerosis), Neuropsychiatric disease, CA head/neck/GI, Severe respiratory tract disease 2) Barium allergy
