Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-60 years 2.The participants must have met the indication for tonsillectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have underlying disease 2. The participants have contraindication for platelet-rich plasma (abnormal platelet and coagulation profiles) 3.The participants take antiplatelet medication 4.Immunocompromised host 5.Suspected cancer
