Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male and female schoolchildren aged 6 to 13, with at least one live head louse identified through the dry combing method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of allergy to permethrins, pyrethroids, pyrethrins, or chrysanthemum, coexisting scalp diseases and disorders, use of any pediculicide-based products or medication within the last two weeks, non-adherence to the protocol, or refusal to complete informed consent.
