Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy children aged 6-12 years, Teeth with a carious lesion that has reached or is very close to the pulp in the 1st or 2nd permanent molars whose root end is not closed, Teeth that can be restored, Swelling, redness or fistula in the vestibular sulcus, pathological mobility, etc. teeth without pathological findings, Teeth in which no lesion is seen radiographically in the furcal or periapical area, but enlargement of the periodontal ligament can be seen in the periapical area that can be diagnosed as acuteapical periodontitis, Teeth in which pathologies such as internal or external resorption are not detected radiographically, During the treatment; bleeding is not too severe and bleeding under 5 minutes The study will be carried out on the teeth that can be stopped.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic diseases, Teeth that have completed root development, In children with irreparable loss of material and with tooth germ number 8 on the radiograph, in cases where there is a high probability of closure of the cavity by showing a bodily shift of teeth 7 and 8 into the extraction cavity, Clinically; teeth with advanced pathological conditions such as swelling, abscess, mobility, fistula, Radiographically significant lesion in the furcation or periapical area, Teeth with radiographic evidence of internal or external resorption, Teeth in which bleeding was very severe during treatment and could not be stopped in less than 5 minutes were excluded from the study.
