Inclusion criteria: Age 18-50 years No underlying disease Normal renal and liver function test Good Digestive health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Allergic to FQs Previous antibiotic use in 2 month History of bowel resection Previous use of calcium, ferrous, magnesium supplement and antacids use in 2 month
