Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and older, classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) 1-3. 2. Independent older adults who can perform oral rinsing independently. 3. Candida spp. found through concentrated oral rinse culture, with a quantity not exceeding 600 cfu/ml
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to coconut oil, chlorhexidine mouthwash, or other components used in this research. 2. Symptoms of oral candidiasis 3. Smokers or quit smoking less than 1 year ago. 4. Experiences difficulty swallowing (dysphagia). 5. Cognitive impairment and abnormal brain function affecting communication and cooperation. History of using specific or systemic antifungal medications within 1 month before participating in the research. 6. Not willing to participate in the research project.
