Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with metastatic epidural spinal cord compression admit to Siriraj Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism 2.Patient currently receive anticoagulant medication at the time of admission 3.Patient with history of other spinal procedure
