Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Muscle tightness mild to moderate 2. No history of cranial surgery 3. Able to walk independently with or without assistive devices 4. Able to understand and follow instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled seizures 2. No metal transplant 3. Infective illness 4. Any congenital disorder Down syndrome fragile X syndrome 5. Unstable physical situation 6. Severe metal problem

Ultrasound imagines 5 mins ultrasound imagines,10 meter walk test 5 mins time of walk within 10 Meters,6 minute walk test 6 mins distance of walk within 6 mins ,Time up and go test 5 mins time of walk for 3 meters ,1 meter walk test 3 mins distance of walk for 1 mins,Functional Reach Test (FRT) 5 mins move arms reach out within different directions,30-second of functional lower limb test 2 mins sit to stand within 30 second
