Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women age 20-40 years who desire to be transgender male have not received GAHT and performed gender reassignment surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having history of clinical atherosclerosis, metabolic disease, hypertension, gynecologic disease Smoking Using cardiovascular medication or medication that would affect vasoconstriction or vasodilation or testosterone metabolism
