Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female age 60 or above 2) admitted to the semi-intensive medical unit 3) Patients or their family members consent to participate in the study 4) Off endotracheal tube after 24 hours with stable vital sing 5) Conscious intact and able to join this study with the physician's approval
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Palliative stage 2) Bedridden status before admission to the hospital 3) Neurological and musculoskeletal problems such as Myasthenia gravis, Guillian-Barre, Acute stroke, Fracture, and Agitation
