Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Survivors 1. Histologically confirmed breast cancer without evidence of metastatic disease. 2. Completed treatment (e.g., surgery, radiation and/or chemotherapy) >=6 weeks prior to enrollment. INCLUSION CRITERIA: SURVIVORS AND INTIMATE PARTNERS 1. Age 18 years or older. 2. < 3 structured, planned exercise sessions per week in the last month. 3. Co-residing with an intimate partner or spouse who is willing to participate. (Note: Couples do not need to be heterosexual or married to be eligible, but self-reporting as partners with a marriage-like relationship that live in the same household.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: SURVIVORS AND INTIMATE PARTNERS 1. Cognitive difficulties that preclude answering the survey questions, participating in moderate intensity exercise, or providing informed consent. 2. A medical condition, movement or neurological disorder, or medication use that contraindicates participation in moderate intensity exercise. Specific contraindications include the following: poorly controlled diabetes, recent cardiac event, neuromuscular disease, untreated orthostatic hypertension, recent surgery, acute hernia, acute rheumatoid arthritis, severe memory disorders, severe balance disorder, inability to ambulate (use of an assistive device permitted), inability to stand for 3 minutes, severe hearing or vision problem. 3. Not co-residing (live in separate households).
