Interventions

2% lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg bolus in 10 minutes since induction then continuous drip 1.5 mg/kg/hour until end of surgery,Normal saline infusion in same amount and rate as lidocaine

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who scheduled for elective laparoscopic gynecological surgery for benign diseases 2. ASA physical status 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Body weight < 40 kg or BMI > 35 kg/m2 3. History of local anesthetic allergy 4. History of cardiac arrhythmia 5. Cirrhosis or elevated AST or ALT >/= 2x of normal upper limit 6. GFR </= 60 ml/min/1.73m2 7. Neurological disease 8. NSAID or sulfa drugs allergy 9. History of GI bleeding or peptic ulcer 10. Regular use of analgesics 11. Unable to fully understand Thai and access questionnaire and pain rating
