18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy human volunteers age between 20-40 years. 2.They should have at lease 24 sound dentition (no active dental caries or extensive restorations). 3.They must be willing and able to comply with study procedures, including providing informed consent. 4.Normal non-stimulated saliva flowrate (0.3-0.4 ml/min)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and lactation are excluded due to potential hormonal changes affecting saliva composition. 2.Individuals with a history of fluoride hypersensitivity are excluded to avoid adverse reactions.
