This cross-sectional retrospective study examined 26 patients who had a single implant placed in the maxillary central incisor area within the preceding 9 years.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient without parafunctional habits or present well control systemic disease. The patient with availability of complete clinical records, including pre- and post-treatment radiographs. The patient with single-tooth implant restoration replacement in the maxillary central incisor. The patient with single-tooth implant restoration replacement in the maxillary central incisor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A patient with parafunctional habits, smoking habits, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, or acute infection at the implant region. A patient without enough sufficient clinical data. A patient with less than 6 months of functional loading.
