Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time up and go test 5 min (Outcome variables will be measured at baseline and after 8-week program (post-test 1) and 24-week program (post-test 2) The test measures the time needed to stand up from a standard arm chair, walk 3 meters, turn around, return to chair, stop timing after sit down again and record time (second)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
one-leg stand test 5 min (Outcome variables will be measured at baseline and after 8-week program (post-test 1) and 24-week program (post-test 2) The participants stand with maintain on one leg without support with open eyes , stop timing after participant has placing the lifted foot on the floor and record time (second),5 times sit to stand test 5 min (Outcome variables will be measured at baseline and after 8-week program (post-test 1) and 24-week program (post-test 2) The participants sitting to standing on a standard height chair without supported their arms and repeat this 5 time and Stop timing after sit down on chair of last times and record time (second),10-meter walk test 5 min (Outcome variables will be measured at baseline and after 8-week program (post-test 1) and 24-week program (post-test 2) The participant walks without assistance 10 meters. The stop timing when the toes of the leading foot crosses the 7-meter mark and record time (second).,falls efficacy scale international 5 min (Outcome variables will be measured at baseline and after 8-week program (post-test 1) and 24-week program (post-test 2) The questionnaire contains 16 items scored on a four-point scale and indicates about falling.,Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) 5 min (Outcome variables will be measured at baseline and after 8-week program (post-test 1) and 24-week program (post-test 2) the SF-36 has 36 items grouped in 8 dimensions: physical functioning, physical and emotional limitations, social functioning, bodily pain, general and mental health.,exercise adherence 5 min (Outcome variables will be measured at baseline and after 8-week program (post-test 1) and 24-week program (post-test 2) Public health volunteers is recording adherence data of participants for home-based exercise program
