Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Receiving insulin injection therapy (at least 4 times/day) or insulin pump treatment, Type 1 diabetes patients aged 18-50.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases 2.Renal diseases 3.Musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months 4.Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C)levels are greater than 10% 5.Pre-exercise blood glucose is less than 90 mg/dl 6.Pre-exercise blood glucose is greater than 250 mg/dl 7.Known complications
