Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient-age more than 18 years old who have bilateral mandibular fractures at symphisis, parasymphisis, body and angle areas of mandible 2. Malocclusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comminuted mandibular fractures 2. Age of fracture more than 21 days 3. Infection at fracture site 4. Severe underlying disease (severe cardiovascular disease, coagulopathy and hematologic disorder, uncontrol psychologic disorder) 5. HIV/ AIDS 6. Pregnancy 7. Patients who refuse to participate in the research project
