Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient age ranging from 18-80 years old with traumatic tibial shaft fracture that have either of 1. pain upon passive stretching of lower leg compartment 2. affected leg swelling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who refuses to participate, traumatic amputation and pregnant woman.
