Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who plan to perform split-thickness skin graft procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hematologic disorder 2. Platelet count less than 100,000 per microliter of blood 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease or septicemia 4. Severe malnutrition 5. Systemic corticosteroid used within 2 weeks before surgery 6. HIV/ AIDS 7. Pregnancy 8. Inflammation or infection of donor site 9. Loss follow-up patients 10. Patients who refuse to participate in the research project
