Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Participant Selection: Female college teachers. Aged 25-59 years. Full-time employment in government girls' colleges in Hyderabad district. Willingness to participate in the study. Ability to provide informed consent. No current pregnancy or lactation. No history of breast cancer. Not on sabbatical leave or extended leave during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Females on sabbatical leave. Breast cancer patients /survivors
