Interventions

The subjects were treated with rehabilitation 3 times a week for 6 weeks, with each rehabilitation program divided into 3 periods: warm-up period, exercises and Cool downn by online video conferencing

50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People age 50 and over 2. Diagnosed with OA knee (either unilateral or bilateral) according to the American College of Rheumatology clinical classification criteria, 3 out of 6 symptoms were required by physiotherapist 3. Having a WOMAC pain score >5-13 points 4. Completing balance screening tool (BST) testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having cognitive disorder (MMSE <23) 2. Having had surgery on the knee or other areas that can affect the lower limb in the past 6 months 3. There are health problems that can easily trigger an adverse event during rehabilitation at home, such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, severe vision problems, or neurological dysfunction 4. Unable to communicate or understand the instructions of the physiotherapist.
