Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness and ability to give written informed consent or be consented by a legal representative. Pregnant women aged between 15 and 49 years. Pregnant women attending the ANC clinic during the study period irrespective of their gestational age. Willingness and ability to provide laboratory specimen (vaginal swab) for NAAT tests for NG and CT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant woman who previously visited the ANC clinic during the study period and has been enrolled in the study (to avoid duplicate sampling). Pregnant women who do not give their informed consent to participate in the study. Pregnant women who do not understand Thai language. Pregnant women who are at high risk of abortion i.e. Recurrent pregnancy loss, threatened abortion, cervical conization. Use of any systemic or intravaginal antibiotics with activity against NG within 30 days prior to screening
