Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with degenerative lumbar spine conditions. 2.Patients undergoing spinal surgery using either the freehand technique or intraoperative CT scan-based navigated technique. 3.Patients who are able to attend follow-up appointments for at least 3 months post-surgery. 4.Patients aged 40 years and above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who did not receive postoperative radiographic imaging or whose clinical information is insufficient for analysis. 2.Patients who have previously undergone revision surgery.
