18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. women between 18-80 years 2. new case of idiopathic OAB (low post void residual urine, no abnormal neurologic examination) 3. able to use telemedicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not be able to follow up during study period 2. not be able to understand Thai language
