Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Being a high school student under the Maha Sarakham Secondary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2022. 2.Being overweight with a BMI-for-age of greater than or equal to +1 SD (World Health Organization, 2007). 3.Having the ability to communicate and participate in activities. 4.Having no underlying diseases that would hinder participation in activities. 5.Both the student and their parents consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Transferring to another school 2.Unable to participate in the research project for the entire duration
