Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study subjects were caregivers who looked after the older adults in their families. 1. being aged 20 years and over 2. being able to read and write the Thai language 3. spending at least 6 months caring for older adults in the family 4. being willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. being sick immediately during activities in the program, and 2. being unable to participate until the end of the program.
