Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or over Diagnosis ARDS Prepared for recruitment maneuver and decremental PEEP titration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, having pace maker, lung bleb, pneumothorax, on intercostal tube drainage, emphysema, shock, right heart failure, high intra-cranial pressure, post cardiac arrest, do-not-resuciation, unable to equipt electrical impedance tomography
