Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome requiring percutaneous Coronary Intrvention (PCI), 18-80 years of age. 2.All participants have to be hamodynamically stable. 3.Low risk stratification,level I-II on the New York Heart Association (NYHA) Classification of Cardiac Impairment. 4. Participants who can walk by theirselfe or use mobility aids. 5.Native language is Thai, good consciousness in adults and the 6CIT-Thai version at least 7 scores in patients who have 60-80 years old. 6. Telephone contact is required. 7.Agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute coronary syndrome complication, cardiogenic shock,HF,severe cardiac arrhythmia, CABG planning. 2. Acute confusion. 3. Mobility problems may be unsteadiness while walking, orthopedics disease,neurological disease.
