Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kidney transplant at age 15 years or older Receiving ATG as induction therapy CMV-seropositive status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: denied to participate allergic to valganciclovir or ganciclovir Those with CMV infection at the time of inclusion
