30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female age 30-50 years old 2. Office worker 6-8 hours per day 3. Presence of neck and upper back pain at least 3 months (NRS 3-6 of 10) 4. sedentary behavior at least 30 minutes (Sedentary Behavior Questionnaire; SBQ) 5. contraindication to Thai massage and electrical stimulation; fever, degenerative of cervical spine and/or disc, trauma and/or inframmation of soft tissue, cervical fracture, skin conditions, cardiac pacemaker; metal implant, pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent injury or surgery within 6 months 2. Infection and/or acute inflammation within 1 week prior recruitment 3. Neurological, psychological cognitive function disorders
