Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children (newborns to 5 years of age) undergoing elective surgery under GA with ETT 2. ASA physical status 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Emergency surgery -Previous neck surgery -Previous Head and neck radiotherapy -Patients with a neck mass -Patients with history of difficult airway -Patients with contraindications of neck movement
