Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Office Workers of both male and female genders, aged between 18-40 years. 2) Diagnosed as be Myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) in the upper trapezius muscle (one-side): (taut band; tenderness within taut band; pain recognition ) 3) Able to read and understand Thai leagues
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Symptoms or diseases related to abnormalities in muscle structure 2) Symptoms or diseases related to circulatory issues, such as diabetes, heart conditions, and hypertension (high blood pressure) 3) Other abnormalities in the musculoskeletal system and those diagnosed in the neck, chest, and arms area 4) Have a history of injury or surgery in the neck-chest-arms area 5) Participants who are taking blood thinners such as warfarin, enoxaparin, heparin, etc. 6) Participants at risk of osteoporosis, particularly females with a history of hysterectomy and early menopause (before the age of 40). 7) hemophilia, the bleeding never stops. 8) Pregnant
