Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Older adults aged 60 and over 2 ) who has mild to moderate dementia. 3) ADL Score 12 or above 4) No Depression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) An older adult who has severe health conditions 2) An older adult who can't join the whole program 3) An older adult who has not study

Memory time 1 at the frist week , time 2 at the end of week 8, time 3 at the end of week 12 and time 4 at the end at week 20 Cognitive assessment by using MMSE Thai measurment tool ,Quality of Life time 1 at the first week , time 2 at the end of week 8 , time 3 at the end of week 12 and time 4 at the end of week 20 Quality of Life asess by using The Quality of Life Alzheimer's Disease scale (QoL-AD) ,Brain wave Time 1 at the firt week and time 2 at the end of week 14 Brain Waves Study by Using Electroencephalogram (EEG)
