Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants in this study were stage III and IV colorectal cancer, with histopathological results of adenocarcinoma obtained by biopsy and were willing to receive adjuvant chemotherapy with Capecitabine + Oxaliplatin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We excluded damaged tissue sample, drop-out patients from chemotherapy follow-up, and pathology results of signet ring cell carcinoma and mucinous carcinoma.
