Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are at least 18 years old 2.Patients must have their own hematopoietic stem cell transplant at Siriraj Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without medical records and blood results within 3 months after transplantation
