5 drops of Deja formula once per day before bedtime for 4 weeks.,0.5 mg Lorazepam every other day before bedtime for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria are as follows. 1. patients diagnosed by a physician with insomnia 2. Aged 25-60 years 3. Occurring at least three times per week, persisting for three months or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Criteria are symptoms or diseases of individuals as follows. 1. Psychiatric disorders 2. Dementia 3. Substance addiction 4. Sleep apnea, and 5. Severe or uncontrolled chronic diseases
