Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elderly people aged 60-80 years have been diagnosed with COVID-19. By testing with ATK or PCR for 5 days to 2 months, both who have been hospitalized and who have been treated at home. 2) There is one family member who takes care of the elderly in the same house, helping the elderly while answering the questionnaire. and while participating in online activities The members in charge are 18-59 years old and can take turns. 3) Weight not exceeding 70 kilograms or BMI between 18.5-24.9 kg/m2. 4) No communication impairments, able to speak, read, write and understand Thai. 5) Have a phone that can use the internet. There is a Line application. and can use the LINE application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have lung disease, respiratory disease, heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure and diabetes, kidney disease, advanced cancer. or have severe co-morbidities 2) Have a mobility disability, unable to move arms or legs 3) Stuck in bed, unable to help myself. 4) have a history of psychiatric disease/psychotic symptoms
