Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Retired male ages 60-75 years, BMI < 30 who passed the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) test. 2.Have hamstring muscle tightness indicated by passive straight leg raise (SLR) test less than 8 0 deg. 3.Have generalized muscle weakness indicated by grip strength less than 26 kg 4.No history of cognitive impairment (MMSE less than 25), uncontrolled hypertension/DM, decompensated heart failure, severe kidney disease, severe peripheral artery disease, neurological problems interfering with exercise, and electrocardiography ( ECG) examination abnormalities. 5.No history of serious lower body injuries within last 6 months (i.e. fracture, dislocation, rupture, joint replacement). 6.Independent walking. 7.VAS pains less than 5/10 of lower body within last 6 months. 8.Sedentary lifestyle or low active (less than 150 min physical activity per week) and no history of stretching and resistance exercises over the last 3 months. 9.No history of receiving treatment with interference to hemodynamic response, muscle function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pain or injured in lower back and lower extremities during intervention period. 2.Missing more than 20% training sessions.
